These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tt8999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tt8999 website located at https://tt8999.pro, including all associated services, games, betting markets, account features, payment facilities, and promotional offerings (collectively, the "Services").

1.1 To access the full range of Services offered by tt8999, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or joint accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

1.2 During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

1.3 tt8999 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any stage. You may be required to submit a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification document, together with proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC checks within the timeframe requested by tt8999 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

1.4 You must not register on behalf of another person, use a false identity, or use an account that belongs to someone else. tt8999 is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of false registration details provided by a User.

2.1 All deposits are credited to your tt8999 account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tt8999 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may apply its own transaction charges.

2.2 The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, however tt8999 may apply individual account-level deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes or at the request of the account holder.

2.3 Withdrawals are only permitted to a payment method that has been used to fund the account and is registered in the same name as the tt8999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

2.4 tt8999 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for bKash and Nagad. This target applies to verified accounts in good standing. Processing times may be longer for accounts pending KYC review, accounts flagged for security review, or during exceptional volumes of simultaneous withdrawal requests.

2.5 tt8999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal. Requests for funds that cannot be satisfactorily evidenced may be declined or frozen pending investigation.

2.6 Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes raised with payment providers without first contacting tt8999 support will result in immediate account suspension. Any confirmed chargeback will result in permanent account closure and recovery of the disputed amount from any remaining balance.

3.1 All bets placed on the tt8999 platform are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User after acceptance, except where tt8999 expressly makes a cash-out or edit-bet feature available for a specific market.

3.2 tt8999 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of: an obvious pricing error; an event being abandoned or deemed void under the applicable sport's governing rules; evidence of match-fixing or irregular market movement; or technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

3.3 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface and may vary by sport, market type, and account tier. tt8999 reserves the right to adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.

3.4 Casino games, including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and virtual sports, are governed by the individual rules of each game title as presented within the game interface. All game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation or live-action events and are final.

3.5 In the event of a disconnection during a live game or bet, tt8999's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. tt8999 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's side.

6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tt8999 shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings; any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss; or any loss arising from your inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tt8999's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6.4 tt8999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their tt8999 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant incident.

7.1 tt8999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a stipulated timeframe; or identification of a duplicate account.

7.2 Upon termination of your account, any bonus funds, free bet credits, or promotional balances will be forfeited immediately. Verified real-money balances that are not subject to investigation or recovery proceedings will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with standard market rules and the resulting balance returned to you.

8.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws relevant to online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market.
